HitLeap alternatives after HitLeap closed
If you are searching for HitLeap, you have probably noticed that hitleap.com no longer works. HitLeap stopped operating around 2022, and as of October 2026 the domain does not load a working site. This page is not affiliated with HitLeap. It explains what HitLeap was and what people use instead.
What HitLeap was
HitLeap was one of the best-known autosurf traffic exchanges. You installed the HitLeap Viewer, a program that opened other members' websites in the background, and earned minutes of traffic for your own sites in return. Members could also buy traffic packages, and every account had a referral link that earned extra minutes.
It was popular because it was effortless. That was also its weak point: autosurf visits run without anyone watching, and advertisers and security companies flagged HitLeap traffic as low quality for years.
What to look for in a HitLeap alternative
It depends on why you used HitLeap.
You wanted lots of cheap hits. Any autosurf exchange will give you that. Otohits, 10KHits and FeelingSurf all have viewer apps or extensions that work in a similar way. See our pages on Otohits, 10KHits and FeelingSurf.
You wanted visits that look like real browsing. Look for exchanges where a page opens in a normal browser tab and someone has to keep it visible or pass a check, rather than a hidden viewer.
You wanted to earn while your computer was on. Some newer exchanges pay you in cryptocurrency instead of only giving credits.
SurfFlux as a HitLeap replacement
SurfFlux is the traffic exchange behind this site, so take this as information rather than a neutral review. Compared with HitLeap:
- Delivery. Pages open in real browser tabs through the Surf extension (1 to 5 tabs), or one at a time as PTC ads with a visible timer and a final check.
- Earning. Rewards are DOGE, not minutes. You can spend them on your own campaigns or withdraw through FaucetPay.
- Buying traffic. Campaigns are paid in DOGE, with 10 to 60-second visits for Surf and country targeting for PTC.
- Checks. Campaign URLs are scanned before they go live, and multiple accounts are not allowed.
The part every HitLeap user should know
Exchange traffic, HitLeap's or anyone else's, does not bring sales and does not help SEO. Never send it to pages running AdSense, which bans this kind of traffic. Use it for testing and impressions, and you will not be disappointed.
